The MPS School Clinic is part of the Monroe County School's Coordinated School Health Program.  Our nurses here at Madisonville Primary School, take the very best care of our students and staff. We look forward to working with you and your family.

We also have a Nurse Practitioner, with Chota Community Health Services, who is available for both face-to-face visits and telehealth visits. The Nurse Practitioner is at MPS on Wednesdays from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. Please visit the following links for more information about telehealth visits and Monroe County School's Coordinated Health.

To make an appointment with the Nurse Practitioner, please call MPS and you will be transferred to the nurse's desk.
