Child's last name - T - Z - 12:00 - 2:30pm

Sign up for KINDERGARTEN:

·         If your child will be 5 years old by August 15, 2025.

·         Please bring:

§  an official copy of the birth certificate

§  updated shot record & physical record

§  social security card (optional)

Apply for Voluntary Pre-K & Blended Pre-k:

·         If your child will be 4 years old by August 15, 2025

·         Please bring:

§  an official copy of the birth certificate

§  updated shot record & physical record

§  social security card (optional)

§  proof of address

§  proof of income (Public assistance number, paycheck stub, or W2)

§  photo ID of parent/guardian
