I began teaching Pre-K at MPS in 2022. I enjoy working with this age group and seeing them experience so many new activities for the first time. In my classroom, we enjoy singing, stories, rhymes and games everyday! I love to use hands-on activities for teaching literacy, math, social-emotional skills and readiness skills. I like to incorporate themes throughout our learning centers that invite the children to learn through experiences. I previously taught Kindergarten at Madisonville Primary School from 2007-2022.

When I am not at school, I love to spend time with my husband and kids. I like to read and spend time outdoors.
