I have been an elementary teacher for 19 1/2 years. Before I was a teacher, I had a career in the insurance industry for 10 years. As a teacher, I love watching my students become confident, engaged learners! I am excited to get to know your children this year, as well as guide them in their learning journey.
My husband Buddy and I have 3 children and 6 grandchildren! Our daughter Hilary and her husband Gordon live in Cookeville with their 2 girls, Lilly Claire and Elliot. Our son Trey , his wife Rebecca, their 2 daughters, Annie and Mary , and 2 sons Clifford and Brunner, live in Loudon. Our son Mason lives here in Madisonville and is engaged to Zoey. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, spending time outdoors, watching a good documentary, and thrift/antique shopping.
