This year marks my 11th year teaching! I will be teaching 1st grade again this year. I teach Reading, Language Arts, and Math. I love books and love to share them with my students. I enjoy watching my class explore new books and read about things that they enjoy. I also like watching my class learn new strategies to solve math problems.

When at home I enjoy spending time with my family. I am married and we have 2 boys! We also have 2 cats. We like to go swimming, fishing, and ride through the mountains.
